The Governing Board at SIGAUS, the integrated system for the management of used industrial oils generated in Spain, has agreed the renewal of the posts of President and Vice President. The presidency of the company is presently exercised by the firm Repsol Lubricantes y Especialidades, S.A., with the representation of its current Lubricant, Asphalt and Specialised Products Division Director and member of the Executive Committee for Downstream Repsol, Antonio Portela Estévez, and the vice presidency through Eni Iberia, S.L.U., with the representation of its Executive Director, Buenaventura González del Campo.

Antonio Portela is an industrial engineer who graduated from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and the École Centrale in Paris, and holds a PDD from the IESE Business School. He has carried out his professional activity over more than 20 years in different areas of the Repsol Group, where he has held the roles of Head of Payments, Head of Development and Flagship Network in Spain, and for the last three years, Head of Lubricants, Alphalt and Specialised Products.
The new Vice President, Buenaventura González del Campo, is an industrial engineer who graduated from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, also holding an executive MBA awarded by the IE Business School and a PDD from the IESE Business School. He has enjoyed a standout career in the lubricants sector. His first foray into the professional world was with the Italian Glass Company Sociedad Italiana del Vidrio (S.I.V.), for him to later go on to work for the rest of his career in the Eni Group (Agip), where he has held the role of Head of Lubricants and subsequently, the Head of Direct Fuel Sales.
This renewal of positions occurred within the framework of the annual meeting of the Governing Body at SIGAUS, held on the 2nd of December.
Likewise, the companies Krafft S.L.U. and Fuchs Lubricantes S.A.U. start forming part of the Board, replacing Kuwait Petroleum España, S.A. and Verkol, S.A.
