Legislation

These General Conditions are subject to Spanish legislation.

The parties, expressly rejecting their own jurisdiction, accept that this contract is subject to Spanish legislation and will submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid to resolve any claims that may be derived from the same.
