Collaboration conditions

The collection and treatment of used industrial oil in Spain is guaranteed through the contracts and agreements that we have signed with approximately 160 authorised management companies in the various autonomous regions.

As stated in these contracts and agreements, SIGAUS funds the operations of collection, transport, analysis, pre-treatment and regeneration of the used oil in accordance with tariffs that are determined according to current legislation, which are periodically adjusted to the main price indicators for petroleum products, as well as the results of independent studies on the cost structure of waste management.

With these tariffs, we adjust to the evolution of the market, ensuring a 'reasonable profit' for the manager for the operations that they undertake, as stated by law. For their part, the companies commit to correctly undertake the management operations for the used oil and to declare the operations carried out in the corresponding official documents, allowing us to guarantee the traceability of the used industrial oil.

At SIGAUS we are open to contractual relations with any companies that perform industrial waste oil management processes in Spain. If you are a management company and want to join our management network, you can contact us through the following form.
